Refund policy

 At Street 7, our mission is to provide products that blend functionality and style, fostering stronger bonds and happier lives. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our seamless Return and Refund Processes.

 Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

 Condition for Refund or Replacement: We require genuine reasons for the return, along with high-quality images for products that are damaged or defective. The product for which you are requesting the refund must be in brand new conditions to be eligible.

 No Physical Returns: Due to high return costs, products do not need to be physically returned. Instead, we offer refunds or replacements upon providing valid reasons and necessary documentation.

Refunds and Replacements: If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement or refund to be issued.

Approval Process: Once the refund or replacement request is received with genuine reasons and necessary evidence, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Replacements will be shipped promptly.

 Note: Processing time (the amount of time it takes to issue a tracking code and ship the order) is separate from shipping time.

 Lost or Stolen Packages: For lost in transit or stolen packages, the client can choose either a refund or replacement.

Street 7 will not process refunds or replacements if the tracking information indicates the order was delivered. In cases where the package wasn’t received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required for a refund or replacement.
