At Street 7, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Our sophisticated global fulfillment network is crafted to combine efficiency with transparency, ensuring your pieces reach you with the care and timeliness.
1. Order Processing
Every order is thoughtfully processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of exceptional demand, processing times may be slightly extended, and we will communicate any adjustments promptly. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We operate a refined multi-warehouse fulfillment system, with strategic locations in the United States and select international centers, allowing us to optimize both speed and availability.
United States – Domestic Shipping
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping: 8 – 10 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8 - 10 business days
This remains our swiftest and most refined delivery option.
United States – Extended Delivery (fulfilled from international warehouses)
- Total Estimated Delivery: 10–18 business days
International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days, depending on destination.
Please note that all delivery windows are thoughtful estimates and may be influenced by customs procedures and local courier services. Orders may arrive in multiple packages when items are sourced from different fulfillment centers — a reflection of our commitment to ensuring every piece is available for you.
3. Shipping Coverage
Street 7 ships to most countries around the world, with careful attention to logistical and regulatory requirements.
Products fulfilled from our United States warehouses are delivered domestically. Our international fulfillment partners extend our reach globally. Should delivery to a particular region not be feasible, we will promptly notify you and process a full refund.
4. Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping charges, when applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout for complete transparency.
Import duties, taxes, and any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Street 7 does not estimate or collect these charges, as they are governed by local authorities.
5. Tracking & Confirmation
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
While tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to synchronize, rest assured that we monitor every shipment with the utmost attention.
6. Delivery Assurance
We stand behind the timely arrival of your order with our Delivery Assurance program:
- United States orders: Eligible for review after 45 days from shipment
- International orders: Eligible for review after 60 days from shipment
Should your order not arrive within the specified timeframe (and tracking does not indicate successful delivery), we invite you to contact us. Upon verification, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, in line with our commitment to your satisfaction.
7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
Street 7 is not liable for delays arising from carrier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be accommodated.
8. Accurate Shipping Information
We kindly request that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Street 7 cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Additional fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages.
9. Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory actions, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances.
