1. About Street7

Street7 is an online retail brand operated by Belle LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of street7.store, including purchases made through the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase through Street7.

If you use the website on behalf of a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your account information updated
Protect your login credentials
Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Use the website only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless it results from circumstances for which Street7 is legally responsible.

5. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, specifications, colours, sizes, and other details as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, product batch, packaging update, or manufacturer changes. These reasonable variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming.

Product images are provided for illustration. Packaging may change without notice, but the product supplied should materially correspond with the product ordered.

Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Before submitting an order, you will be shown the product price and any applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or other mandatory charges collected by Street7.

We do not intentionally use hidden mandatory fees. The price and availability shown on the product page should match the information presented during checkout, subject to currency conversion and clearly disclosed taxes or delivery charges.

Prices and promotions may change at any time before an order is submitted. A change will not affect an order already accepted, except where correction is legally permitted and agreed with the customer.

Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees. Such charges are imposed independently and are not collected by Street7.

7. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Availability may vary by country, currency, device, or payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the selected payment method
The billing information provided is accurate
Street7 and its payment providers may authorize and process the transaction

Payment may be charged when your order is submitted or accepted, depending on the payment method.

We may cancel or hold an order where payment is declined, authorization cannot be verified, or fraud is reasonably suspected.

8. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin processing it, or dispatch it, whichever occurs first.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:

The product is unavailable
Payment cannot be authorized
The price or product information contains a clear error
Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected
Delivery cannot be completed to the address provided
The order violates these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, inventory errors, or abuse of promotions.

9. Pricing and Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate.

If we discover an obvious pricing, description, availability, or technical error before dispatch, we may contact you to:

Confirm the order using the corrected information; or
Cancel the affected item and issue a refund

We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, estimated delivery periods, charges, and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the published timeframe.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you where reasonably possible. You may be entitled to accept the revised delivery timeframe or cancel the affected order for a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged only where permitted by law and disclosed before redelivery.

Risk of loss and legal ownership pass as determined by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms transfers the risk of loss to a customer earlier than legally permitted.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact hello@street7.store as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or been dispatched. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return or refund under our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.

Any statutory cancellation rights available in your country remain unaffected.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Eligible returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may submit a request within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions stated in that policy.

For a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item, we may request reasonable supporting information, such as the order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

A physical return is not always required. If one is required, Street7 will provide instructions before the item is sent.

Nothing in these Terms or the Return and Refund Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

Where Street7 offers a subscription or recurring purchase option, the product page and checkout will disclose:

The amount charged
Billing frequency
Renewal terms
Any minimum commitment
How to cancel
When cancellation becomes effective
Applicable refund conditions

By selecting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms displayed when you subscribe.

You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription using the method provided in your account, subscription email, or Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Any material change to the recurring price or billing frequency will be communicated as required by applicable law.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be combined
Discount codes have no cash value
A promotion may be limited to one use per customer
Discounts apply only during the stated promotional period

We may reject a discount where it has expired, is not applicable to the order, or has been used fraudulently. We will not change a valid promotion after an eligible order has been accepted.

15. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

You created it or have permission to submit it
It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
It does not violate another person’s rights
It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent

You grant Belle LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt submitted content for operating and promoting Street7, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. We will not knowingly alter customer reviews in a way that misrepresents the customer’s opinion.

16. Intellectual Property

The Street7 name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other content created for Street7 are owned by or licensed to Belle LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials belonging to manufacturers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant owner.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment, delivery, social media, or other platforms.

Independent third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Street7 is not responsible for an independent third party’s website or service, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

18. Product Use and Safety

You must read and follow the product label, ingredients, warnings, storage instructions, and manufacturer guidance before use.

For skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care products:

Check the ingredient list for known allergies or sensitivities
Perform a patch test where appropriate
Stop use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs
Seek appropriate medical advice for serious or persistent reactions

Product information on Street7 is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Nothing on the website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease unless expressly supported and legally permitted.

This section does not limit your rights concerning defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products.

19. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accessible and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to restore service where practical.

20. Warranties and Consumer Rights

Products purchased through Street7 are covered by any warranties and consumer protections required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent legally permitted, we do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated on the website or supplied by the manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded
Wilful misconduct
Breach of mandatory consumer rights
Any other liability that cannot legally be limited

Subject to these exceptions and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Street7 and Belle LLC will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

For purchases made as a consumer, our responsibility for foreseeable loss arising from a breach of these Terms remains subject to applicable consumer law.

22. Indemnity for Unlawful Use

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by Belle LLC as a direct result of your fraudulent, unlawful, or intentionally harmful use of the website.

This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer use, honest mistakes, or circumstances beyond your reasonable control.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

However, if you are purchasing as a consumer in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your usual place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact hello@street7.store so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may pursue the remedies available through a court, consumer-protection authority, payment provider, or other legally available dispute-resolution process.

Street7 does not require consumers to waive rights to collective remedies or submit every dispute to arbitration where such a requirement would be unlawful or unfair.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, policies, business operations, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
